Becky’s professional experience is informed by decades of life experience. She is a narcissist survivor and fully understands women’s issues including divorce, parenting, motherhood, poverty, anxiety, trauma, and depression. She also enjoys working with youth, couples and blended families.
Becky is passionate about the mate selection process and romantic interaction. She teaches basic relationship theories and the warning signs of difficult partners. Her coaching aids in identifying red flags to prevent future heartbreak and pain in romantic relationships.
She believes people are innately resilient and able to conquer hard things as they find their worthiness and continue to believe in hope and healing on the other side of pain. She equips her clients with practical tools to find inner strength and win back peace and joy.
Becky enjoys listening to Earth Wind & Fire, date nights at Home Depot, lounging at the pool, lawn games and being outdoors with her family. She and her husband have 6 children and live in the Mapleton area.
Becky graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Science/Psychology from Utah Valley University and completed her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in 2018.
